Great Dining Review from Palm Beach Society Magazine

If you live in Palm Beach, Florida, you may have noticed a delightful review about dining aboard the Bahamas Celebration in the current issue of Palm Beach Society Magazine. Writer, Elizabeth Sharland, sailed with us recently and raved of her dining experiences in the Crystal Dining Room and The Cove. While she mentioned the entire menu, Ms. Sharland expressed more delight with the Lobster Francaise in Saffron Beurre Blanc, saying “it was tender and succulent,” but then continued on to say her companions “Duo of Colorado Lamb Chop together with a Braised Shank of Marjoram Lamb Jus with green peas, mint fricassee, pea crepe and Pinot Noir Sauce was heavenly.” We tend to agree, as these are some of our favorites too.

We were thrilled to see not only was she impressed with our selections of food but also the crew. We at Celebration think our Crew is quite amazing so to hear from an outsider the same thing, only reassures we are headed in the right direction.

After reading the review, not only were we extremely happy, we were hungry! Ms. Sharland described so many entrees, its almost impossible not to want to take a visit up to the ship to live the same experience she described, and dive right in.
